NICOLE NOCELLA

Executive Chef

Inspired by her father's home cooking, Nikki got her start in the kitchen at a young age. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Nikki has been found using her culinary skills from coast to coast. Through her passion of cooking, she met her husband and together they have worked in many notable restaurants on the seacoast. When she's not in the kitchen, she loves playing fetch with her Olde English Bulldog, Mabel.

Chadwick Massidda

General Manager

Born in Springfield, Massachusetts into a Navy family, Chad spent much of his childhood moving around the country. He ultimately settled on the Seacoast in 2010. Chad grew up surrounded by culinary influences. His mother's love of cooking and his family’s businesses of inns and restaurants all played a part in cultivating his passion for the hospitality industry. He has spent years honing his craft in kitchens and dining rooms, putting in time at many long-standing seacoast restaurants. Chad joined the Jumpin' Jay's family in 2019 as General Manager and we're lucky to have him! He enjoys spending his days off with his new wife and making time for his family.

BRIDGET REGAN

Assistant Manager

Bridget is a Portsmouth local and a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where she majored in International Business and Economics. Currently she is focusing on the international side of her studies and traveling the globe as much as she can. Joining the Jumpin' Jay's family in 2015, Bridget has mastered many positions in the restaurant, most recently taking on the role of assistant manager. In her free time she enjoys hiking, reading, and walking the dogs of the seacoast.

John daniels

Pastry Chef

Growing up, it was John’s aunt who first introduced him to the world of pastry, teaching him how to pipe each petal of a frosting rose. Loving the endless creativity of desserts, John taught himself most of what he knows. Working at many restaurants and cafes on the seacoast and even some abroad, John is inspired by ethnic flavors and likes to explore the line between savory and sweet. On his days off he likes to practice turning pottery with his husband and cuddling with his 2 dogs, Roux and Gingersnap.

KYLA MCCABE-CORROW

Function Coordinator

A seacoast native, Kyla started working at Jumpin’ Jay’s while attending the University of New Hampshire. After spending the past 5 years working in the restaurant doing everything from bussing to managing, Kyla is an expert when it comes to the guest experience. As the Function Coordinator Kyla is excited to help you plan your next visit to Jumpin’ Jay’s! When she isn’t at work you can find Kyla playing volleyball, traveling to a new country or sampling the best new restaurants in the area.
