When it came to Best Seafood Restaurant, the combination of good food and loyal fans were the right ingredients for Jumpin' Jay's Fish Cafe. The Portsmouth, N.H. restaurant got a surge of votes in the last couple of days of voting to surge past Legal Sea Foods and Portland, Maine's Street and Company to capture the Best Seafood Restaurant title.
