Fresh bread with whipped butter, roasted garlic, & kalamata olives are served before the appetizers

Appetizers

Maine Crab Cake (salad)
Served over baby greens with citrus herb aioli.

Roasted Pear & Radicchio (salad)
Gorgonzola filled pear, oven-roasted and served with dressed radicchio, dried cranberries, pepitos & a port wine glaze.

Calamari (salad)
Lightly seasoned calamari, deep fried & served over a tomato & roasted chile sauce. Garnished with bitter greens tossed with a lemon vinaigrette.

Steamed Mussels (sauté)
With a ginger saffron cream, lemon grass, scallions, jalapeños, tomatoes, garlic, shallots & fines herbs.

Soup du Jour (grill)
Loaded with fresh seafood, changes daily.

Shrimp Cocktail (raw bar)
Loaded with fresh seafood, changes daily.

Salmon Tartare* (raw bar)
Marinated Grade A Salmon dressed with a light Tarragon, lemon mustard sauce. Then topped with a whipped chive and cream cheese topping.

Tuna Avocado* (raw bar)
A timbale of fresh, diced, raw tuna, avocado & mint, tossed in a marinade of galangal, shallots & crushed peanuts.

Pan Seared Yellow Fin Tuna

Served with a mandarin sesame glaze and wasabi aioli.

Asian Bouillabaisse
King crab legs, lobster, shrimp, calamari & PEI mussels in a Thai coconut lemon grass broth, minced carrots & green onion with
bean thread noodles. topped with chopped cilantro.

Haddock & Chicken Picatta
Lightly breaded fillet or half chicken breast pan seared in brown butter, finished with a lemon, caper, butter sauce.

Pan Seared Diver Scallops
Pan seared diver scallops tossed with baby spinach & minced shallots. Served with lobster veloute.

Grilled NY Sirloin Steak
Grilled to your desired temperature, finished with a garlic butter.

Grilled Fresh Catch

Fresh Catch entrees are served with house whipped potatoes, fresh green beans & brunoise vegetables .
