Lightly seasoned calamari, deep fried & served over a green chili & tomato sauce. Garnished with bitter greens tossed with a bleu cheese vinaigrette.
Steamed Mussels (saute)
With a ginger saffron cream, lemongrass, scallions, jalapenos, tomatoes, garlic, shallots & fines herbs.

Loaded with fresh seafood, changes daily.
Shrimp Cocktail (raw bar)
Served with our house cocktail sauce, a spicy and zesty house specialty served with fresh prepared horseradish & lemon wedges.
Salmon Tartare* (raw bar)
Grade A Salmon dressed with a light Tarragon, citrus & mustard sauce. Topped with a house cured gravlax & caviar.
Tuna Avocado* (raw bar)
A timbale of fresh, diced, raw tuna, avocado & mint; tossed in a marinade of galangal, shallots & crushed peanuts.

Seared to desired temperature & served with a mandarin sesame glaze and wasabi aioli.
Cuban Fisherman's Stew
P.E.I. mussels, fresh fish, shrimp, stewed chicken & black beans simmered in a Cuban sytle stew, garnished with fresh cilantro. Served with grilled ciabatta bread.
Haddock Picatta (not a fish lover... we'll make it with chicken too!)
Lightly breaded fillet or half chicken breast pan seared in brown butter, finished with a lemon, caper, butter sauce.
Pan Seared Diver Scallops
Pan seared diver scallops tossed with baby spinach & minced shallots. Served with lobster veloute.
Grilled NY Sirloin Steak
Grilled to your desired temperature, finished with a Shiso shallot butter.
